Resolution to adjourn the meeting for public forum. To include County & Borough Councillor reports, plus reports from members of the public.
1- APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies together with reasons for absence will be taken and recorded
2- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillors to state any known conflict of interest, personal or believed prejudicial on any agenda items.
3-MINUTES
Minutes from meeting held on 11th March 2024 will be presented for approval.
4- MATTERS ARISING
The Clerk and others as appropriate will update on any relevant points including Councillor training sessions.
5- HIGHWAY MATTERS
To discuss any matters as appropriate including any update concerning the boulders on the grass verge on land next to the entrance of the Roman Fort car park, posts each side of Louis Dhal Road entrance and Back Lane issues.
6- BLOCKED DYKE
To report any updates concerning the dykes running off Mill Road
7- PLANNING
To consider planning including applications submitted and reviewed earlier, to include:

Redevelopment if site to provide new leisure and hospitality facilities. Ten pin bowling, pool, snooker, cafe, 50 holiday lodges with infrastructure & landscaping
06/22/0111/F Browston Hall, Browston Green
Redevelopment of site for 32 holiday lodges with associated works.

Approval of monthly payments and other admin & financial matters including bank mandate clarification.

To include next steps re unauthorised memorials

Updates from the Chairman on Service No. 5 in relation to Lynn Grove High School
